PK VPN

By downloading, installing, or using the PK VPN mobile application (“App”) or related services (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
PK VPN provides virtual private network (VPN) connectivity and related tools, including:
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the App. You are responsible for ensuring that VPN use is legal in your location.
You agree not to use PK VPN to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.
PK VPN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, access to any website or service, or that the App will work on every device or network. You use the VPN at your own risk.
VIP plans are sold through manual payment (e.g. mobile wallet or bank transfer) as shown in the App. To activate VIP you may need to:
Device binding: VIP access is linked to your device identifier and auto-generated VIP account shown in Settings. VIP is generally for use on the device where payment was verified unless we approve a transfer.
Not Google Play billing: VIP purchases in this App are processed outside Google Play In-app Billing unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Because VIP activation requires manual verification of payment slips, refunds are handled case-by-case according to our admin policy. Contact us through the in-app Contact tab before disputing a payment. Approved refunds may take several business days.
Free users may receive limited connection time and may need to watch rewarded advertisements (Google AdMob) to extend session time. Ad serving is subject to Google’s policies and your device ad settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, for abuse, fraud, chargebacks, violation of these Terms, or operational/security reasons.
The App name, logo, UI, and software are owned by PK VPN or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PK VPN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PK VPN and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be shown in the App or on our policy page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.
