This Privacy Policy explains how PK VPN (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our Android application and related services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Device & Account Identifiers

• A device identifier derived from your device hardware information (hashed) to create your VIP account and prevent fraud
• Auto-generated VIP username linked to your device (shown in Settings)
• Subscription status, expiry date, and VIP verification state stored on our server and locally on your device

1.2 Payment Verification

• Payment slip images (screenshots/photos) that you upload for VIP activation
• Payment-related metadata such as plan selected, upload time, and approval status

We do not collect or store your mobile wallet PIN or bank login credentials.

1.3 App Usage & Session Data

• Free-tier session time, ad reward history, and connection session limits
• Technical logs needed to operate the service (e.g. errors, API requests for config and VIP status)

1.4 Advertising (Free Users)

We use Google AdMob to show rewarded ads. Google may collect advertising IDs and usage data according to the Google Privacy Policy. You can reset or limit ad personalization in your device settings.

1.5 VPN Traffic

We do not log the content of your VPN browsing traffic (websites visited, messages, or files) for marketing purposes. Like any VPN provider, we may process limited technical data (such as bandwidth or connection timestamps) to operate servers, prevent abuse, and maintain service quality. We do not sell your browsing history.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide VPN connectivity and server configuration
• Verify VIP payments and manage subscriptions
• Enforce session limits and show rewarded ads on the free tier
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized account sharing
• Improve stability, security, and customer support

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only:

• With Google AdMob for ad delivery (free tier)
• With hosting/infrastructure providers that store payment slips and account records on our behalf
• When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security

4. Data Retention

• Payment slips: retained as long as needed for verification, accounting, and dispute resolution, then deleted or archived according to admin policy
• Device/subscription records: retained while your VIP status is active and for a reasonable period afterward
• Local app data: stored on your device until you clear app data or uninstall

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (HTTPS/API access, access controls on admin systems). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Permissions

The App may request permissions necessary for VPN operation and features, including:

• VPN service — create secure tunnels
• Internet & network state — connect to servers
• Notifications — connection/session alerts (optional)
• Photos/media — select payment slip images for upload (when you choose a file)

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided data.

8. Your Choices & Rights

• View your Device ID and VIP account in Settings
• Request correction or deletion of payment slips / account data by contacting support
• Uninstall the App and clear local data at any time
• Opt out of personalized ads via Android/Google settings

9. International Transfers

Your information may be stored or processed on servers located outside your country. By using the App, you consent to such transfers where permitted by law.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised policy.
